About Grecify:
Grecify is a mobile application developed, owned, and operated by Tenforty LLC. All user interactions with the Grecify app are subject to these same Terms and Conditions. All legal obligations, data handling, and user rights remain governed by Tenforty LLC's policies.
1. Definitions

- "We," "Our," "Us" refers to Tenforty LLC, its affiliates, and its authorized representatives.
- "Platform" refers to the website (https://www.grecify.ai/), mobile applications, and any related software or services offered by Tenforty.
- "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing the Platform or using its services.
- "Grecify" refers to the Tenforty LLC mobile application available on app stores; references to Tenforty, the Platform, “we,” “our,” or “us” include Grecify unless stated otherwise.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to:

- Any additional terms or policies specific to certain services, which will be presented to you for acceptance.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using the Platform immediately. For clarity: your use of the Grecify app constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which govern Grecify as a product/service of Tenforty LLC.
3. User Eligibility
To use Tenforty services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- Not be located in countries subject to government embargoes or sanctions (e.g., Cuba, Iran, North Korea).
- Not engage in prohibited activities outlined in these Terms.
4. Account Registration and Security
Account Creation: Users must provide an email address, password, and required details to create an account.
Authentication: We utilize secure protocols, including OTP (One-Time Password) verification and HTTPS encryption, to safeguard your account and personal information. Users are strictly prohibited from sharing OTPs with anyone. Tenforty will never request your OTP via email, phone, or other channels.
Responsibility for Account: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at info@tenforty.tax.
5. Use of Services
Profile Management: Users can manage personal information in the profile section.
Uploading Receipts & Content: Users can upload receipts, coupons, and gift cards. Uploaded content is encrypted during transmission and securely stored to protect user privacy.
Expense Tracking & Insights: The platform provides tools to track expenses, split shared bills, organize receipts, store gift cards, and discover savings opportunities.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Tenforty reserves the right to offer introductory free access or introduce paid subscription plans and feature upgrades. Applicable subscription fees, auto-renewal terms, and refund policies will be presented prior to purchase.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Tenforty a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for operational purposes and service delivery.
8. Data Security
All user data is encrypted during transmission and at rest using industry-standard protocols such as HTTPS and SSL. User-specific information is private and accessible only to the respective user.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to use the Platform for illegal purposes, reverse-engineer the software, share credentials, or upload malicious content.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by Tenforty LLC or its licensors. Users are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tenforty LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages, user negligence, or third-party service issues.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
